It is housed in 2 Georgian townhouses, and was totally refurbished in 1999. It offers a series of accommodation layouts at great prices, and is ideal for couples, families and groups visiting Dublin. Each of the 21 comfortable en suite rooms come complete with remote control colour TVs and direct dial telephones. Being a listed building however, it was not possible to install a lift, and may not be suitable for those who find climbing stairs difficult.

Also, Dublin's main business districts are all located within 10 minutes' walk of the guest house.
